Office Manager
Hey! My name is Chas, and I have the pleasure of being the OƯice Manager and Marketing Coordinator here at Dominion Orthodontics! I have the best time at work with the staƯ and patients! I have been in the Ortho field since 2019 and there hasn’t been a day I haven’t loved every second! I started as a scheduling coordinator, then moved into a treatment coordinator/ marketing coordinator position and quickly into the office manager position! I absolutely loved each position because I love people and building relationships! Before I started working in the orthodontic world, I owned a custom cake business called Mommy Bakes and worked with a wedding coordinator, but my favorite and most important position in life as been “Mommy”!
When I am not at work, you can find me spending time with my family and friends. My hubby, Donnie and I have 5 beautiful children and a mini golden doodle named Georgia Mae! We enjoy time on our boat (he is trying to turn me into his fishing partner) and crafting with my sister and mom. I love music, creating and decorating!

Treatment Coordinator
Hello there! My name is Kattie and I am the treatment coordinator! As a treatment coordinator I get to meet all of your smiling faces and I am super excited to watch your journey to a confident and beautiful smile. I have been working in Dentistry since 2002 and orthodontics since 2011.
I live in my hometown of Mechanicsville with my husband, my daughter Macey and son Dylan.
Currently I have two cats, Theo and Snowball, and Sweetie, the guinea pig. I love to craft when time allows, go to the beach and swim all summer at our pool. I also love gardneing, shopping, and spending time with my family. I can’t wait to meet you, so see you soon!

With over 30 years in orthodontics, transforming smiles has always been more than a profession, it's been a passion. I love the blend of science, art, and personal connection that makes each patient's journey so rewarding.
Outside the office, family is everything. Weekends spent with my grandbabies, especially by the ocean, are my favorite. Long before orthodontics, I found joy (and a little adrenaline) in the rodeo arena, where I proudly competed as a barrel racer and earned the title of East Coast Champion.
From the thrill of the rodeo to the joy of watching smiles come to life, I’m grateful for every chapter of this journey.

Orthodontic Assistant
My name is Karen, and I can’t wait to meet you and help Dr. Mei and Dr. Leo perfect your smile! I’ve worked in the orthodontic field for 21 years, 19 of them with Dr. Mei! I love orthodontics because as an assistant I get to be much more involved in your care, also, since we see our patients more often, I love forming connections with our patients and watching their confidence grow as their smile improves!
When I am not in the office, I am with my family! My husband and I have been married for almost 15 years, and we have a son, Oliver who is 9 and our daughter, Tessa who is 1. To complete our crazy household, we also have 2 cats and a hamster. I love to cook and bake and will often bring leftovers for my coworkers to try. I help with my church’s youth group and I am very passionate about mental health and social justice. My family can be found at Kings Dominion, and we love all kinds of music!

Orthodontic Assistant
Hello there! My name is Hazem. I have been an orthodontic assistant here at Dominion Orthodontics since 2022, although I have been in the dental field since 2012! I am originally from Egypt! There I was an orthodontist, and I also taught at the University for 7 years before coming to the United States. I love working in the orthodontic field because helping a patient smile with confidence really makes my day!!!
Outside of the office, I have built an amazing family with my wife, Shahad. We have been blessed with three wonderful boys! I love spending my free time with them! When I get some “me time” I love to read, landscape, photography and playing guitar.

Hey y’all! I’m Megan, born and raised in Mechanicsville. I've been in orthodontics for 15 years and joined the DO team in 2014. I love watching patients gain confidence as they achieve their dream smiles and celebrating when the braces come off!
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband, Brandon, and our kids, Millie and Grayson. We love traveling, boating, and weekend adventures. I’m active in my church’s praise team and bell choir, and love binge-watching true crime or historical dramas. I can't wait to help you get the smile you've always wanted!
Dasia
Orthodontic Assistant
Hello! My name is Dasia, and I am excited to assist Dr. Leo and Dr. Mei with your orthodontic journey. I’ve been working in the dental and orthodontic field for 7 years. Before stepping back into this role, I worked in data analysis, managed a GPS program and oversaw record compliance.
What I love most about ortho is transforming smiles, building patient relationships and engaging in hands on precision work. Plus, there is ALWAYS something new to learn! I am originally from Tappahannock and when I am not in the oƯice you can find me watching my favorite series, playing basketball, or being creative with arts and crafts! I also enjoy spending time with my Yorkie, Mocha!
